Costa del Sol is growing again

We believe that the future growth will be gradual and healthy.  We are happy to see the comeback of International Investors but also the Spanish buyers probably coupled with the recovery of the Spanish economy.

We also noticed that Spain and especially Costa del Sol is back again on the top list of European destinations chosen. Costa del Sol is well located in South of Europe with an amazing weather all year-round and with international flight connections.

It is also a fact that some touristic countries are currently suffering of the geopolitical troubles and risk-factor, which is obviously an issue for the whole tourism industry.

Open de España en el Real Club de Valderrama - Real Club Valderrama to host Open de España

Valderrama Golf Course

The Open de España

from April 14-17, 2016

One of the most historic tournaments on The European Tour; Real Club Valderrama, one of the most iconic venues in the world of golf; and Sergio Garcia, one of Spain’s most celebrated golfing sons, will come together to stage the Real Club Valderrama Open
de España, hosted by the
Sergio Garcia Foundation.

It will be the first time that the legendary Andalucian venue has staged Spain’s national Open, a tournament whose history stretches all the way back to its first playing in Madrid in 1912. Since 1972, it has also been a feature of every season on The European Tour and has seen some of golf’s greatest names get their hands on the trophy.

Amongst those are Major Champions Seve Ballesteros, Sir Nick Faldo, Padraig Harrington, Bernhard Langer, Arnold Palmer and Charl Schwartzel alongside European Number Ones Robert Karlsson and Colin Montgomerie. Four Spaniards, aside from Ballesteros, have also claimed the title since 1972 – Antonio Garrido (1972), Alvaro Quiros (2010), Miguel Angel Jiménez (2014) and Garcia himself in 2002.
